upon bankruptcy.
Many Russian developers under the crisis cannot meet the
obligations that they have assumed with regard to their loans,
which oftentimes results in their insolvency. Banks were
generally providing loans secured by collateral in the form of
real estate facilities. Many of them having found themselves
under technical or actual default, have become unable of
honoring their debt obligations. What is lenders' response?
